AnyShape's New Facility is Operational

Our move to new larger premises is complete

Finally after months of planning and preparation we have a new additive manufacturing facility. We hope you will come and visit us soon

So why the move?

“Time stands still for no one” is how the saying goes. And this quote is especially significant in the fast-paced world of additive manufacturing. As more and more companies research the wide-ranging benefits of additive manufacturing,  AnyShape has wanted to expand its capabilities and services to ensure our existing and new clients receive the very best additive manufacturing service available.

Making great looking and great performing parts is what we love to do, and our new facility will help us to continue doing this, 365 days a year 24/7

To do this we had to make some changes, here are just a few:

Manufacturing

• 1300 sqm fully climatised lean facility with dedicated work centers for each operation
• Allocated space for new state-of-the-art AM machines and technology to come
• New dedicated room for each powder family (no cross contamination!

Additional to the expansion of our additive manufacturing production floor, we have also invested in the post-production areas used for part post processing

Post Processing

• New larger machining and finishing shop
• New automated pre and post-process equipment

Quality Control

Whilst creating a more productive and efficient production area was key to our main objectives, we also took the opportunity to make improvements to our existing MRP system, ensuring part quality, traceability and productivity are maximised for each and every customer order

Location and Environment

Finally, we hope our customers will see value in our new geographic position also, making both deliveries and customer collections all the more accessible. Benefits include:
